Senior Network Engineer

As a Senior Network Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing customer enterprise networking environments.

Acting as a senior technical escalation point, you will lead on troubleshooting, remediation, and continuous improvement of complex networking and security solutions.

You will also provide technical leadership and guidance within the team.

Your daily responsibilities will include

5+ years experience working in Managed Services

Strong experience supporting Enterprise LAN, Data Centre, and SD-WAN environments

CCNP certification (or equivalent experience) required

Experience working with one or more of the latest Cisco technologies such as:

FirePOWER

DNAC

ISE

SD-Access

ACI / Nexus Dashboard

Catalyst

(Exposure preferred but not essential if strong Enterprise Networking experience is demonstrated)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to interface confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience acting as an escalation point or providing technical leadership
