Job description
You will be part of a team developing a portfolio of Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP) including SAP Enable Now and WalkMe, ensuring that our global workforce has the right help, at the right time, directly within their workflow. As part of the ERP team within the IT department, you will orchestrate the strategy, governance, and technical integration of learning platforms to ensure users can navigate complex SAP workflows with minimal friction and maximum proficiency., * Platform Strategy & Vision: Define the multi-year roadmap for digital enablement tools, ensuring they scale with our SAP S/4HANA journey.
- Governance: Establish a Governance around Digital Enablement to standardize how in-app guidance, simulations, and help documentation are created and maintained. Set global UI/UX standards for "in-app overlays" to ensure a consistent look and feel that doesn't clutter the user interface.
- Product Management & Delivery: Translate business process requirements into technical user stories for the development team and manage the product lifecycle.
- Learning Platform Integration: Oversee the integration of learning platforms with other enterprise systems (LMS, ServiceNow).
Requirements

- Several years of experience in IT Product Management, Digital Transformation, or Educational Technology and SAP Ecosystem (S/4HANA, SAP EnableNow, SAP WalkMe, SAP IBP, etc.).
- DAP Expertise in managing WalkMe and SAP Enable Now at an enterprise scale.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or comparable.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Architectural Understanding: Knowledge of how DAP layers interact with browser DOM elements (HTML/CSS) and SAP GUI.
- Agile Proficiency: Experience leading sprints and managing backlogs using Jira.
