Job description

A leading global consulting group is seeking an Analyst to join its globally regarded legal management consulting practice. This is a role for an experienced legal or consulting professional who is motivated by purpose-led work and shaping the future of legal services through technology, people and process. The role works closely with law firms and in-house legal teams, helping them redesign how legal services are delivered, improve efficiency and embed GenAI responsibly and sustainably., * Client work delivery- Contribute to the successful delivery of consulting projects for legal departments and law firms, ensuring engagement objectives are met.

  • Support project management- Coordinate and manage workstreams, applying a range of methods, technologies, and approaches to meet client needs.
  • Detailed Excel and data analysis- undertake complex data analysis to support the team in understanding work flows and blockages
  • Collaborate within teams- Work closely with colleagues and client stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.
  • Develop professional expertise- Participate in projects and training sessions to grow industry knowledge, technical skills, and soft skills.

Requirements

  • Consulting and transformation experience- Experience in a management consulting firm (or equivalent) and coordinating or managing change and transformation projects.
  • Legal sector knowledge- Understanding of in-house legal departments and/or law firm operations, with insight into sector-specific challenges.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills- Able to research, analyse, and present recommendations based on data, interviews, and assessments.
  • Communication and stakeholder management- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to adapt style to different audiences.
  • Professionalism and adaptability- High standards of client care, integrity, time management, and a flexible, proactive approach within diverse teams.
