Job description

We are supporting a leading international law firm in their search for an experienced Deskside Support Analyst to join their London office. This is a key role providing high-quality 1st and 2nd line support to users across the London and EU offices, as well as visiting attorneys from overseas. The role offers excellent variety, visibility across global teams, and the chance to work in a highly professional, fast-paced legal environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the 1st/2nd line support point for London and EU users
  • Handle escalations from the managed services provider
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile and AV/VC issues
  • Support WebEx, Zoom and MS Teams meetings
  • Image laptops, maintain devices, stock levels and equipment inventory
  • Deliver onboarding and inductions for new joiners
  • Keep documentation up to date in ServiceNow
  • Contribute to IT projects and wider improvement initiatives
  • Participate in weekend on-call rota (approx. one weekend per month) What They're Looking For

Requirements

  • IT support experience in a legal or professional services environment
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, iOS, MS 365, Active Directory & Exchange Online
  • Experience with iManage 10, Workshare, InterAction, Elite 3E and Duo Security
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-service mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a busy, onsite, deadline-driven setting
  • ITIL Foundation 4 (or similar) is preferred
