Are you a technical leader who thrives on turning complex business requirements into seamless, high-performing IT solutions? We are looking for a Systems Implementation Manager to take the lead on the hands-on design, delivery, and integration of our enterprise systems.
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution. You won't just manage-you will build, configure, and ensure that our digital ecosystem is scalable, robust, and future-proof., Integration & Systems Delivery
- Lead the end-to-end design and configuration of system integrations.
- Map complex data flows and dependencies to ensure minimal disruption during implementation.
- Validate all functionality through rigorous end-to-end testing and data integrity checks.
- Prioritise non-functional requirements including security, performance, and scalability.
Technical Design & Planning
- Appraise system options and recommend solutions that align with business constraints and IT strategy.
- Develop sequencing plans and technical roadmaps for implementation.
- Ensure all delivery adheres to IT governance and industry best practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Insights
- Act as the technical "translator," turning business needs into actionable technical specifications.
- Partner with IT Project Managers to provide critical input on risks and resource allocation.
- Analyse system performance to identify bottlenecks and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Foster strong relationships with external vendors and internal technical teams.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SQL?, * Hands-on Experience: Proven track record in implementing and configuring enterprise systems (ERP, CRM) and cloud solutions.
- Integration Mastery: Deep knowledge of APIs, ETL processes, SQL, and data flow modelling
- Testing & Migration: Solid experience in data migration and validating complex integration points.
- Tool Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, and project delivery software.
Soft Skills:
- Problem Solvers: A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to apply critical thinking to technical blockers.
- Communicators: Excellent verbal and written skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Organisers: Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment., * Experience: Professional experience in a Systems Implementation or similar technical integration role.
- Education: Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, or Cloud architecture).
- Project Management: Knowledge of PRINCE2 or Agile methodologies is highly desirable.
