Join Axpo's Digital Transformation journey and support our HR modernization program as an SAP Payroll and Time Management Expert. Bring your expertise to optimize processes, ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality solutions. What you will do Work with stakeholders to define requirements and understand payroll and time management processes. Analyze and configure SAP Payroll and Time Management modules to optimize processes and meet business requirements. Ensure compliance and accuracy in payroll processes. Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and support implementation. Collaborate with HR, IT, finance teams, and external partners.
Provide training and support during implementation and be part of the post-implementation support model. Participate in system upgrades, integrations, and migrations., A diverse, supportive team with open feedback culture. Requirements
Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field (or substantial equivalent professional experience). At least 6 years of experience as an SAP Payroll and Time Management Consultant or similar technical role. Deep knowledge and proficiency in SAP Payroll and Time Management configurations. Experience in managing end-to-end SAP Payroll and Time Management projects. Knowledge of Swiss payroll processes is a plus. Strong communication skills in English and German. Team-oriented and solution-focused mindset.
