- Partner with software development teams to streamline development, testing, and deployment workflows
- Design, implement, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable fast and high-quality software delivery
- Configure, manage, and monitor on-premises build infrastructure and virtualization environments
- Identify repetitive tasks and operational bottlenecks, and automate or simplify processes to improve efficiency
- Improve system reliability, monitoring, and deployment processes
- Maintain clear documentation for configurations, workflows, processes, and system architecture

Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Jenkins (agents, pipeline configuration, Groovy scripting); exposure to other CI/CD tools is a plus
- Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware ESXi) and containerization technologies such as Docker
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and secure remote access (SSH)
- Proficiency in Linux and Windows environments
- Programming and scripting skills in Python, Bash, and PowerShell
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and SVN
- Fluent in French and English
You'll stand out if you have:
- Knowledge of software testing practices and developer tooling
- Experience with package management and build tools (e.g., Conan, CMake)
- Familiarity with C++ or C# development workflows
- Basic cybersecurity principles and firewall configuration
- Experience with physical server infrastructure and hardware setup
