Digital & IM Project Manager for Airbus

• Develop, implement, and maintain a detailed project work plan, appropriate controls, governance structures and monitoring to ensure on-time, on-budget and high-quality outcomes
• Balance scope, schedule, budget, and Quality as well as coordinate, report, and respond to project issues and risks issues. Propose and implement adjustments as necessary.
• Ensure that the project work within the different teams areas of responsibility are planned, organized, performed, and executed with a minimum of control
• Manage change management processes
• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams of IT and business professionals
• Plan, organize, and control project scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Apply appropriate project management methodologies, tools, and technologies
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within agreed budgets and quality standards
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies
• Communicate project status, milestones, and issues to stakeholders at all levels
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution and governance

• Professional experience in the field of:

• IT / information systems

• Change management

• First knowledge of using SAP and Google Workspace
• Fluent in English
• German is a plus
