Job description
Ensure the continuity and quality of support provided to users of data, analytics, BI, and digital applications.

Oversee the incident, request, and change management process, ensuring timely and compliant resolution in accordance with defined SLAs.

Coordinate internal teams and external providers (vendors, partners, developers) involved in the resolution and maintenance process.

Monitor service performance, ensuring compliance with SLAs and key KPIs, identifying trends, deviations or areas for improvement and proposing and implementing solutions and action plans.

Produce regular performance and trend reports for management and other stakeholders.

Lead service review meetings with business stakeholders to track progress and address concerns.

Act as the primary liaison between IT and business users for all matters related to Service provided in data and digital applications.

Ensure clear, timely, and effective communication regarding service issues, updates, and escalations.

Collaborate with other IT functions (infrastructure, security, development, data governance) to enhance system performance and resilience.

Maintain and evolve service documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base content.

Guarantee traceability and compliance with internal standards and external regulations (e.g. data protection, security policies).

Participate in project delivery phases as the service representative, ensuring smooth transition to support new or upgraded applications.

Requirements
Demonstrable experience of over 5 years of experience in application support, data solution maintenance, or BI environments within medium to large organizations.
- Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Confluence, Teams).
- Functional or technical knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, SAP BO, Qlikview, Tableau, etc.
- Functional or technical knowledge of data platforms such as Snowflake, SQL, etc.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management frameworks such as ITIL (certification is a plus).
- Solid experience coordinating support teams and/or leading AM involvement in IT projects, managing the transition to operations.
- Fluency in English (Italian/French/German will be an asset).
- Experience in FMCG will be a plus.
