Data Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data systems that support business intelligence, analytics, and data science initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL expertise, hands-on experience with DBT, cloud platforms, and modern data engineering tools., * Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines

• Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes (DBT mandatory)
• Develop and maintain data models to support BI and analytics
• Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements
• Manage data workflows using Apache Airflow
• Optimize data storage and processing in cloud environments
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance
• Support BI reporting and analytics initiatives

Do you have experience in Tableau?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's Degree in MIS / Engineering / Computer Science

• 5+ years of experience in IT / Data Engineering / BI
• Advanced SQL expertise
• Strong experience with DBT (mandatory) and at least one ETL tool (ODI, Datastage, etc.)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
• Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow
• Experience in Relational Databases (Oracle, SQL Server)

OR Columnar Databases (Redshift)

• Experience with Spark ecosystem (Spark, PySpark, Glue, EMR)
• Strong Python development skills (PySpark, Spark SQL)
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, OBIEE)
• Strong data modeling and BI development experience
• Flexible and quick learner with ability to adapt to new technologies
