Director of Technology Experience

The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It includes 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

We are seeking a commercially astute and guest-focused Director of Technology Experience to lead the execution of corporate technology strategy at property level. As a Director of Technology Experience, you will ensure technology drives guest experience, operational excellence, security and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Translate global IT strategy into structured property-level implementation plans *

Align initiatives with enterprise governance, cybersecurity, and digital transformation objectives *

Act as primary liaison between property leadership and corporate technology teams

Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Minimum 4 years in a senior leadership/Director-level role *

Luxury hospitality experience preferred *

Proven experience delivering digital transformation initiatives

Advanced knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP *

Strong understanding of cloud security and automation *

Experience with hotel PMS and guest-facing technologies *

Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and privacy compliance

Executive-level communication and influencing skills *

Strong commercial acumen *

Ability to translate technical concepts into business value *

Demonstrated success leading cross-functional change

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field *

Cloud, cybersecurity, or project management certifications advantageous
