Job description

Based at our Moreton-in-Marsh Head Office, you'll provide 1st and 2nd line IT support across multiple large sites. As a key point of contact for our friendly colleagues, you'll ensure smooth day-to-day operations and resolve IT issues efficiently. Travel to our hotel and spa properties will be required, so flexibility is essential., * Provide desktop and end user support (hardware and software) across multiple sites, both deskside and remotely

  • Troubleshoot Windows 11 and M365 applications
  • Create new and manage existing users in Microsoft Azure
  • Assist with network patching and desk moves
  • Log, manage, and resolve support tickets via our ITSM helpdesk system
  • Support implementation of new hardware and software
  • Collaborate with our close-knit IT team on projects and escalations
  • Maintain hotel bedroom technology (Wi-Fi, TVs, in-room systems)
  • Support SIP/VoIP phone systems
  • Provide first-line support for our property management systems (PMS) and other hospitality and business applications

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Zendesk?, We're looking for someone who is:

  • Enthusiastic, approachable, and eager to learn
  • Passionate about IT and problem-solving
  • Proactive and adaptable with a "can-do" attitude, and motivated to working alone/remotely

Essential Skills & Requirements

  • Based at our Head Office in Moreton-in-Marsh, with the ability to provide effective IT support across multiple sites
  • Have at least 2 years previous experience in an IT support role
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively and resolve technical issues in a user-focused environment
  • Have experience with desktop hardware/software support
  • Have familiarity with Windows 11, M365, and networking
  • Hold a UK Driving Licence and access to own car (travel required)
  • Hold the relevant Right to Work in the UK, not requiring future sponsorship

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Microsoft 365 Admin experience
  • SharePoint knowledge
  • Active Directory user management
  • Helpdesk software familiarity (Zoho and ZenDesk)
  • Remote Desktop Services experience
  • Experience supporting hospitality systems
