Job description
We are hiring a Business Change Manager to join our Strategic Transformation and Change team. You'll lead and deliver change initiatives across areas such as AI, data, and frontline tooling. The role suits someone with a strong banking background and experience in a consultancy environment., You'll report to the Transformation Delivery Lead and work closely with senior stakeholders across Innovation Banking and the wider HSBC Group. You'll collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones and functions, and you'll be trusted to engage directly with Director and MD level colleagues, Our home office in Finsbury Square, London. We offer hybrid working to our employees, so you can flex between home and the office, with a current requirement to be in the office 2 days per week.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Microsoft PowerPoint?, Demonstrated ability to deliver business change initiatives and turn complex or unclear problems into clear actions for senior leadership
Confident managing multiple workstreams and taking ownership of delivery in a fast-paced environment
Consultancy background (Big 4, Strategy, or similar)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High proficiency in PowerPoint and confident communication
Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
