Job description

The Application Support Analyst will support the operation of Compliance systems within the Compliance Department. The primary focus of the role is to assist with administration and troubleshooting on a number of business applications.

The role will also provide additional support to the Compliance team in compiling reports and other statistics for the team., * Provide 2nd line support for Compliance team applications, including Intapp Intake and Conflicts and other SaaS solutions

  • Manage and resolve incidents and service requests using ServiceNow
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across all compliance systems
  • Maintain system configurations, including user access and permissions and reference data tables
  • Raise and manage support cases with third-party vendors, tracking resolution and follow-up
  • Work with internal IT, compliance, and business teams to support upgrades, testing, and deployments
  • Document support procedures, known issues, and configuration changes

Requirements

Do you have experience in ServiceNow?, * Experience supporting business-critical applications, ideally in compliance, legal, or risk environments

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or another ITSM tool for incident and request management
  • Understanding of SaaS and on-premise system support models
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with good documentation practices
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and external support escalations
  • Experience with Intapp Intake and Conflicts (or similar workflow systems such as Power Automate)
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel and/or Power BI
