Job description
Howdens are looking for a new SAP CX Analyst to join our team in Howden, Yorkshire. You will play a key role working with the business, IT and partners in ensuring the efficient operation and continuous improvement of Howdens CX systems.
This position requires a blend of technical expertise and CX knowledge to provide support, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the enhancement of CX systems.
This is a permanent full time opportunity working onsite 4 days per week with 1 from home.
What you'll be doing
- Provide comprehensive support for CX systems covering the entire ticket management life cycle for our depot service teams, the Howdens Work Surfaces process from end to end, reporting, and analytics.
- Along with the other team members, you will take ownership of support tickets raised by the business and communicate updates and resolutions within defined SLAs.
- To interrogate and investigate issues to identify and then apply solutions, followed up with identifying root causes to mitigate repeat issues.
- Execute routine system maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance, data accuracy, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Regularly update and maintain CX systems, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
- Build and test solutions for CX systems ensuring they meet the defined business requirements prior to migrating to production.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Software development?, * Be able to demonstrate expertise in CX systems, including SAP Cloud for Service (C4S) v1 & v2 and SAP Field Service Management (FSM)
- Knowledge of CX system integrations and data interfaces.
- Strong familiarity with the software development lifecycle and ideally, project management methodologies
- Experience in Microsoft office suite
- Experience in testing systems such as unit, performance, disaster recovery and system integration
- Experience with implementing and supporting CX systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, communication and written skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with the team, third parties, and stakeholders.
