Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Analyst - Information Technology to take regional ownership of IT governance, infrastructure oversight, and technology project delivery across our Continental Europe portfolio. In regions without dedicated onsite IT teams, this role acts as the primary IT authority - ensuring operational continuity, cybersecurity resilience, compliance, and the successful execution of technology initiatives. Reporting to the Director of IT, you will work autonomously while partnering closely with hotel General Managers, Owner Representatives, corporate teams, and vendors. Based at our UK Head office in London, the role will require frequent travel to the properties across the UK & Europe., * Lead IT planning and execution for hotel openings and conversions, including due diligence and compliance with brand standards.

  • Manage RFPs, vendor selection, procurement, and implementation across regional projects.
  • Conduct structured onsite and remote IT audits, ensuring compliance with IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and data privacy regulations.
  • Drive closure of audit findings from Corporate IT, Internal Audit, and External Auditors.
  • Oversee infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, and regional IT initiatives to ensure timely, on budget delivery.
  • Review networks, servers, access management, and overall IT security posture across properties.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and vendor consolidation.
  • Act as the IT business partner to Regional Leadership, General Managers, and property teams.
  • Engage Owners and Owner Representatives on IT budgets, risks, and long term technology planning.
  • Support business development activities, including due diligence and feasibility assessments for new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience within hospitality IT, ideally in a multi property or regional role.
  • Ability to manage IT operations in environments without onsite IT resources.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality systems, especially Opera PMS, and cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS.
  • Hands on experience with server and network architecture (e.g., Windows Server, VMware, VLANs, WiFi).
  • Solid understanding of PCI DSS and cybersecurity governance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, with experience working with vendors, owners, and senior leadership.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Continental Europe.
