Are you a software developer who thrives on solving complex problems, improving system reliability, and supporting critical applications used in realworld clinical studies? Were looking for a Software Developer (Application Support) to join our Clinical Technologies team and play a key role in supporting and enhancing our application platforms across onprem and cloud environments.
The Role
As part of our New Products & Services (NPS) function, youll provide handson application and platform support for businesscritical systems used by internal and external customers. This is a highly technical, problemsolving role combining software development, automation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
Youll work closely with development, infrastructure, and delivery teams to improve system performance, reliability, and scalability while reducing incident resolution times through smart engineering and automation.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Scripting?, * Have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time, permanent employment in the UK

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related discipline

Significant industry experience developing software projects and supporting applications in a professional environment using the following:

C# (.NET), ASP.NET MVC

MS SQL Server
-
JavaScript, LINQ, Entity Framework

PowerShell scripting
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS) and monitoring/APM tools (e.g. New Relic, CloudWatch)
- Solid understanding of DevOps / SRE practices
- Experience working within a regulated or controlled SDLC environment
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and rootcause analysis skills
