Job description
This role exists because there isn't currently one person proactively driving the identification of key problems, opportunities and improvements. You'll work closely with the Hiring Manager, product teams and wider stakeholders to connect insights across channels and influence decision-making - including supporting board-level conversations with clear, data-led narratives.

- Proactively analyse data to highlight opportunities, trends and problem areas across the digital/commercial space
- Produce clear insight and storytelling that influences stakeholders and shapes priorities
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that supports decision-making (not just visibility)
- Work alongside product and commercial stakeholders, joining insight across teams where analysts currently sit within functions
- Support the Hiring Manager in preparing data-led narratives for senior stakeholders and board-facing discussions
Requirements
- Power BI (strong reporting and dashboard capability)
- SQL (data extraction, querying and analysis)
- Ability to connect multiple data sources/insights into a single story and communicate clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Commercial acumen with evidence of measurable impact/results
Desirable / Nice to Have
- GA4 experience
- Exposure to a CDP insights tool
Location / Working Arrangements
- Hybrid working: 1 day per week on-site in Manchester
