Job description

The Role As a Digital Analyst, you ll be responsible for delivering digital acquisition and performance reporting across web and app channels. Combining hands-on tracking implementation with insight-led analysis, you ll help identify opportunities to optimise digital journeys, improve conversion, and drive sustainable growth.

You ll work closely with Marketing, Product, Technology, and Commercial teams to ensure data-driven decisions sit at the heart of digital strategy. Key Responsibilities

  • Own digital marketing reporting across web and app
  • Track performance using GA4 and AppsFlyer
  • Implement and maintain tracking via GTM
  • Build automated dashboards (e.g. Power BI) and present clear insights
  • Support CRO and A/B testing initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to embed data-led decision making
  • Monitor competitors and digital banking trends

Requirements

  • Strong experience with GA4, GTM, and app attribution tools
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insight
  • Confident communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Commercially minded and comfortable in fast-paced environments
  • Experience in FinTech, digital banking, or subscription products (desirable)
