Business Analyst Mac and IOS

• Partner with engineering, product, and IT teams to analyse current developer workflows
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve the end-to-end developer experience.
• Gather and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for engineering teams.
• Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and data-driven assessments.
• Collaborate with SRE and platform engineering teams to ensure reliability, security, and scalability of developer tooling.
• Data analysis and reporting
• Supporting PM, Architects and Engineers with Stakeholder Management and Change Management of BAU units and topics

The ideal candidate will ideally have experience of Apple products as well as an understanding of developer workflows (tooling, processes, platforms etc).

Mac and Mobile Enhancements Project:

Migrating macOS devices (including user devices, packages, software, features) from Jamf to Microsoft Intune.

Once all devices have been successfully onboarded to Intune, certain capabilities with Intune managed Macs (including Managed Apple Accounts) will be leveraged and deployed across the macOS user community., * Familiarity with macOS and iOS environments

• Experience improving developer experience, productivity, or internal tooling.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements.
• Confluence and DrawIO, O365, Data analytics and manipulation
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
• Experience working with CI/CD systems
• Background in Agile environments and iterative delivery.
