A growing IT Managed Service Provider based in West Sussex is looking for a talented IT Service Desk Engineer to join their team. This role will focus on delivering high-quality 1st and 2nd Line support to a varied client base, offering excellent exposure to modern technologies within a supportive MSP environment., + Providing remote and occasional onsite 1st/2nd Line support + Troubleshooting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory issues + Supporting basic networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) + Managing tickets within agreed SLAs + Escalating complex issues where required
Requirements
Previous experience in a 1st or 2nd Line IT Support role (MSP experience desirable) + Strong customer service and communication skills + Good Microsoft 365 and AD knowledge + Full UK driving licence
