Job description

This is a hybrid business-facing and technology role, responsible for defining requirements, assessing releases, overseeing third-party vendors, ensuring compliance, and safeguarding payroll accuracy and stability across all legal entities., * Govern and optimise SuccessFactors Compensation, Variable Pay, PMGM, Succession, and CDP modules.

  • Own requirements definition, release assessment, and alignment to policies and standards.
  • Provide oversight of third-party configuration activity to ensure outcomes meet expectations.
  • Uphold compliance, risk controls, and system stability.
  • Support accurate and reliable payroll processes through strong HRIS governance.

Requirements

  • Strong functional expertise across SuccessFactors talent and reward modules.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence both business and technical teams.
  • Experience governing vendor-delivered configuration and system changes.
