Job description
This is a hybrid business-facing and technology role, responsible for defining requirements, assessing releases, overseeing third-party vendors, ensuring compliance, and safeguarding payroll accuracy and stability across all legal entities., * Govern and optimise SuccessFactors Compensation, Variable Pay, PMGM, Succession, and CDP modules.
- Own requirements definition, release assessment, and alignment to policies and standards.
- Provide oversight of third-party configuration activity to ensure outcomes meet expectations.
- Uphold compliance, risk controls, and system stability.
- Support accurate and reliable payroll processes through strong HRIS governance.
Requirements
- Strong functional expertise across SuccessFactors talent and reward modules.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence both business and technical teams.
- Experience governing vendor-delivered configuration and system changes.
