Infrastructure & Platform Manager - DSA Platforms Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid/Onsite as required) Length: 4 year contract
We are seeking a senior Infrastructure & Platform Manager to lead the secure, resilient and compliant operation of infrastructure services supporting Digital Services Act (DSA) platforms.
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role overseeing cloud-native and Microsoft enterprise environments, ensuring regulatory compliance, cybersecurity excellence and high platform performance. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the authority for infrastructure and platform security
- Enforce security baselines, IAM, modern authentication and privileged access controls
- Drive DevSecOps adoption and automated security practices
- Oversee availability, resilience, DR and business continuity
- Manage performance, scalability and secure deployments across AWS, Kubernetes and Microsoft workloads
- Define governance standards aligned with ITIL and PM²
- Plan budgets, roadmaps and infrastructure modernisation initiatives
- Represent infrastructure and security in audits and steering committees
Requirements
- 10+ years' IT infrastructure experience (Windows Server, AD, IIS, SQL Server, Dynamics, SharePoint)
- 5+ years leading cross-functional engineering teams
- Strong cloud expertise (AWS) and Microsoft enterprise stack
- 4+ years applying DevSecOps, automation and CI/CD in regulated environments
- Experience with security frameworks, IAM and compliance-driven delivery
- Automation expertise (PowerShell, Python, Ansible, Terraform)
- Relevant certifications: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM/ERP) plus AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional
