We are currently supporting a confidential, fast-growing client in their search for a Manager - IT Infrastructure & Cloud to play a key role in their technological transformation.

your mission: build, secure & evolve

You will act as leader, technical expert and change driver, with a strong hands-on mindset:

infrastructure & Security:

• Oversee the reliability, evolution and security of internal and hosted IT environments
• Supervise servers, networks, Virtualization, cloud platforms, security and collaboration tools
• Ensure high availability, performance and resilience of all systems
• Drive continuous improvement and technology watch

️ Cloud transformation & automation:

• Lead infrastructure modernization and cloud migration initiatives
• Implement automation to optimize IT services and operations
• Elevate infrastructure standards in terms of compliance, security and best practices
• Structure scalable and sustainable IT processes

leadership & coordination:

• Lead, coach and grow a small IT team
• Organize priorities, manage internal IT projects and ensure delivery
• Build and maintain technical documentation and procedures
• Coordinate with external partners and internal stakeholders
• Act as a central IT point of contact across the organization

5 years experience English and French, You combine technical excellence with leadership and vision

• Minimum 10 years' experience in IT infrastructure / systems / networks
• Proven experience in team leadership or IT project management
• Strong skills in Microsoft environments, Virtualization, cloud and security
• Highly structured, reliable and improvement-driven mindset
• Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on
• Fluent in English and French
