Hays is recruiting an IT Support professional for a client active in the international professional services sector. The company operates in a structured B2B environment and supports businesses with specialized solutions requiring strong reliability and confidentiality. Your new role
As IT Support, you will handle a combination of first-line, second-line, and operational system support tasks. You ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations and assist colleagues with a wide range of issues.
Your responsibilities include:
- Acting as the main contact point for IT-related questions from internal users
- Providing support onsite and remotely, delivering clear and solution-oriented assistance
- Managing access rights, user accounts, and legitimation documentation
- Preparing, installing, and deploying hardware
- Performing daily system administration checks, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting
- Participating in implementation projects for new applications and IT enhancements
- Testing applications, documenting results, and contributing to continuous improvement
This position offers exposure to multiple technologies and gives you the chance to work both on operational support and backend IT environments.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who combines technical expertise with strong communication skills. You bring:
- Very good communication skills in Dutch, with strong command of English
- Solid experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud technologies
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
- Familiarity with Windows 10, Windows 11, and Windows Server environments
- Experience with Veeam Backup and Replication
- Understanding of API Management
- Knowledge of Snowflake, Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and SharePoint
- A proactive, collaborative, and flexible mindset
