Vivid Resourcing - Senior React Engineer

As Senior Front-end Engineer, you will partner directly with the CTO and play a pivotal role in defining and maintaining the front-end architecture of a complex SaaS product built with React and TypeScript. You'll combine hands-on technical leadership with mentorship and team-building responsibilities., * Own and evolve the front-end architecture (React-based)

• Collaborate closely with the CTO on technical strategy and product direction
• Lead architectural decisions, ensuring performance and maintainability
• Write high-quality, production-ready code
• Run technical interviews and help scale the engineering team
• Conduct and contribute to thorough code reviews
• Mentor and coach front-end and Full-Stack developers
• Promote testing, documentation, and CI/CD
• Drive improvements in performance, accessibility, and security standards

5 years experience English, * 5+ years of professional front-end development experience

• Deep expertise in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Proven experience defining and maintaining front-end architecture in a SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of state management, component design patterns, and performance optimization
• Experience working closely with senior leadership or founders
• Solid knowledge of testing frameworks and front-end best practices
• Experience conducting technical interviews
• Excellent communication skills and mentoring mindset
• Experience in fintech or highly regulated environments is a plus
