Senior System Engineer (Evento ERP) 80 - 100%

• Support the Windows server team in engineering and operational tasks.
• Monitor, optimize, and manage our virtual Windows and Linux servers.
• Drive automation and standardization within our server environments., * You support our Windows server team with engineering and operational tasks around our Evento ERP multi-server landscape. In doing so, you take on tasks in 2nd and 3rd level support, act as a technical project manager in small projects, and serve as a technical coordinator between all stakeholders.
• You operate, monitor, and optimize our virtual Windows servers as well as optionally Linux servers. In addition, you have experience with classic on-premises server environments including deployment, security, monitoring, and backup systems.
• As an experienced MSSQL and optionally PostgreSQL DBA, you are responsible for the operation, maintenance, and further development of our Evento ERP databases.
• You actively drive the automation and standardization of our server landscapes and support the implementation of new infrastructure concepts.

• Degree in IT or equivalent with several years of systems engineering experience.
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server, IIS, and MSSQL management.
• Experience in automation using PowerShell and MECM., * You have completed training or further education (HF/FH) in computer science or have an equivalent qualification. In addition, you have several years of professional experience as a system engineer in the Microsoft and ERP environment in enterprise settings.
• You have proven experience in the design, setup, and overall responsibility of complex system landscapes.
• You possess very solid knowledge in the areas of Windows Server, IIS, MSSQL, certificate management, Active Directory, Group Policies, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE), DNS/DHCP, proxy and firewall systems, software distribution, and backup solutions.
• You have proven experience in automation with PowerShell and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).
• You convince with a structured, security- and responsibility-conscious way of working. Team orientation as well as clear and target-group-appropriate communication characterize you.
• You have very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form.
