HR Operations & Systems Specialist

To strengthen our HR team of HELM Pharmaceuticals, we are looking for an experienced individual in the field of HR operations who combines administrative excellence with system responsibility. Your tasks: HR Operations & Employee Support

• First point of contact for employees in various countries on employment contract, administrative and procedural issues.
• Maintenance of employee master data and management of digital employee files.
• Independent processing of HR enquiries in German and English.

Onboarding & Offboarding

• Structured design and operational implementation of onboarding processes.
• Professional support for offboarding, including administrative processing.

HR Systems & Process Responsibility

• Participation in the development and implementation of a new HR system landscape.
• Administration and further development of HR tools.
• Analysis and optimisation of HR processes.

HR Reporting & HR Controlling

• Creation of reports, key figures and dashboards.
• Preparation of HR data as a basis for decision-making for the Head of HR.

Recruiting Support

• Support for selected recruiting processes.

Do you have a Master's degree?, * Several years of experience in HR operations or HR administration, ideally in an international environment.

• Experience in the introduction or administration of HR systems.
• Structured, careful and independent way of working.
• Strong service orientation and professional demeanour.
• Confident handling of HR data and reporting.
• Interest in digital tools and AI applications for process optimisation.
• Good knowledge of German labour and social security law.
• Very good written and spoken German and English.
