You will oversee end-to-end execution of advanced machine learning projects, act as a technical authority for clients, and help transform applied research into long-term company products.Key responsibilitiesLead delivery of complex ML and LLM projects from scoping through deploymentTranslate customer needs into scalable technical solutions and new IPBuild, mentor, and retain high-performing engineering teamsAllocate talent across multiple projects to meet business prioritiesAct as a senior technical advisor to customers and internal stakeholdersCollaborate closely with other directors, Product, and Platform teamsRepresent the department in strategic and technical discussions with clientsStrong experience with LLMs and applied Machine Learning.
