In this role, you combine analytical depth with a strong understanding of HR processes. You work independently, collaborate effortlessly with diverse stakeholders and know how to turn data into actionable improvements. What will you do? - Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders to gather, analyse and translate business needs into data-driven solutions. - Work with data and IT teams to convert requirements into dashboards, reports and data models. - Support HR projects and initiatives with meaningful people analytics and insights. - Identify opportunities to optimise HR processes, data integration and data quality. - Document HR data flows, workflows, use cases and analyses. - Act as a bridge between HR, IT and data teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication. - Contribute to HR data governance to ensure consistent, reliable and compliant HR data. Monitor the impact of implemented solutions and advise on further improvements. What do you bring? - A bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Data, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field. - 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within HR, People Analytics or a data-driven environment. - Solid knowledge of HR...
