Job description

In this role, IT simply works. Laptops are ready on day one. Systems run smoothly. Problems are solved fast. As IT Support Engineer, you make sure teams in Antwerp and Amsterdam can focus on their job without tech issues slowing them down. For six months, you strengthen the IT team during a busy growth phase. Good performance can lead to a longer stay.

As an IT Support Engineer, you'll keep daily IT support clear, fast, and reliable

This role owns the full help desk flow, from the first message to the final solution. Windows and Mac issues are solved both remote and in the office. Questions about Microsoft Office and Google Workspace are explained in a simple and calm way. New laptops and phones are prepared before someone starts. Devices are tracked and managed properly. User access is given and removed carefully. At the same time, this role supports larger IT projects when extra hands are needed.

Your other responsibilities

  • Keep ticket follow-up clear and structured
  • Prepare hardware for new starters and manage devices
  • Manage user access and handle offboarding correctly
  • Improve and update IT documentation
  • Travel between Antwerp and Amsterdam when needed, Success in this role comes from being calm, clear, and practical. When others are stressed, you stay steady. You listen first, then act. You explain things in simple terms. When problems repeat, you fix the cause. When something is unclear, you improve it. Strong IT support builds trust and helps everyone else do their job better.

Requirements

Do you have experience in macOS?, * 2+ years of hands-on IT support or helpdesk experience

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Solid troubleshooting skills in Windows and Mac OS
  • Basic AI knowledge to improve daily workflows
