Job description
We are looking for a motivated Junior IT / Network Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in a real-world, high-performance IT environment.
You will work alongside experienced engineers and be exposed to advanced networking, systems administration, and trading infrastructure support. We value curiosity, willingness to learn, and a strong technical foundation.
What You Will Do
- Assist in configuring and maintaining network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls)
- Support advanced networking environments including:
- BGP, OSPF, Multicast
- VLANs, ACLs
- MLAG, VARP, VRRP
- Redundancy and high-availability solutions
- Work with Linux and Windows systems, including Windows Server environments
- Support virtualization platforms (e.g., Proxmox or similar hypervisors)
- Assist in managing storage systems (NAS)
- Help configure and maintain VPN servers
- Use and maintain monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix)
- Provide IT support for internal systems and trading applications
- Assist with trading floor IT support and troubleshooting
- Document systems, processes, and configurations

Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, or a related field
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching)
- Familiarity with either Linux or Windows environments
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Exposure to routing protocols (BGP, OSPF)
- Basic knowledge of virtualization or containers
- Experience with monitoring tools
- Interest in financial systems or trading environments
