Job description

  • Responding to helpdesk tickets and emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Supporting colleagues and clients and contributing to a positive service.
  • Escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, * have previous experience in an Admin role

  • IT Literate, With Microsoft Office Packages, Excel
  • Strong Communicator
  • Able to resolve queries efficiently.
