Job description
Please note, this is a full-time, temporary position paid weekly via PAYE and requires an immediate start. Unfortunately, candidates with lengthy notice periods cannot be considered. Temporary Data Administrator Responsibilities This position will involve, but will not be limited to: * Liaising with internal teams to streamline data processes and ensure ongoing accuracy * Carrying out detailed reviews to maintain data integrity * Extracting and analysing data to validate processes * Organising and managing large datasets in Excel, including the use of macros * Collating information from multiple internal and external sources * Supporting the wider team in meeting strict SLAs by efficiently managing data backlogs

To be successful in this role, you will need advanced Excel skills and a meticulous approach to data management., Proven administrative experience with a strong focus on data handling * Experience working within a GMP-regulated environment * Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel * Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced setting * Comfortable managing large datasets with a high level of accuracy * Previous experience supporting quality assurance or compliance functions * Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work independently
