- Support new client onboarding within data processing systems
- Configure and maintain data manipulation systems to ensure accurate production and routing
- Provide application support to internal data processing and offshore teams
- Investigate and resolve system issues within monthly production cycles
- Support maintenance and upgrades of existing and newly implemented data systems
- Write and amend low-level code where required to support customer or industry changes
- Maintain clear process and system documentation
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement practical improvements
- Support and lead smaller-scale improvement projects, tracking milestones and actions
- Work with stakeholders to analyse current ("As Is") processes and help define improved ("To Be") solutions
- Produce reports and insights to support data-driven decision making
Requirements
- Experience supporting data processing or data manipulation systems (Trillium is advantageous)
- Exposure to low-code/no-code environments, with an interest in understanding how systems function technically
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements
- Experience contributing to process improvement or project-based work
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Naturally curious, with a desire to understand how systems work at a detailed level
This is a varied and hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with data and systems while also driving practical improvements. It would particularly suit someone who wants to develop within a technical and process-focused environment, rather than a purely coding or purely project management position.
