Job description
You'll be responsible for building and configuring laptops for new starters and replacements, arranging the collection and secure wiping of leaver equipment, setting up company mobile phones, and shipping IT hardware such as keyboards, monitors, and accessories. You'll also maintain accurate asset records and ensure stock is well managed.
The role will be based at the Winwick warehouse, while also providing opportunities to work alongside the wider IT team. There will be scope for personal development through exposure to the Microsoft 365 platform and the asset management tools used by the IT team.
Key Responsibilities
Build and configure laptops and devices for new starters and replacements
Arrange collection, wiping, and redeployment of leaver equipment
Set up and ship company mobile phones
Package and send IT hardware and peripherals
Maintain asset records and stock levels
Manage the IT ServiceNow requests queue
Work closely with IT and HR to support onboarding and offboarding
Requirements
Do you have experience in ServiceNow?, Experience in desktop support, device builds, or IT logistics
Experience working with ServiceNow ITSM
Comfortable working with Windows/macOS devices and mobile phones
Asset management or MDM experience is a plus

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal, including teamwork and working co-operatively to achieve a common goal.
Be able to demonstrate the ability to work and communicate with many stakeholders with varying levels of IT capability and to handle a busy and varied workload.
Flexible approach to work and excellent problem-solving ability.
Ability to prioritise and use own initiative.
Good range of analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Exercises sound judgement and recognise when judgement is poor.
