Job description

The Cyber Reporting and Operations Specialist plays a key role in supporting the Group CISO and Cyber Security leadership by delivering high-quality reporting, insight and communications. The role exists to help the function understand its performance across resources, delivery, finance and risk, and to ensure senior-level materials are clear, consistent and impactful. You'll be part of the CISO Office, a small team focused on operational performance, governance and culture across Group Cyber Security. You'll be accountable for producing and improving reports, packs and data insights that support decision-making and showcase the value Cyber Security brings to Aviva.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Power BI?, This is a great job for someone who enjoys turning data and information into clear, high-quality insights that help senior leaders make decisions. You might already have experience in reporting, performance management, or business operations, or be ready to take a step up into a role that works closely with senior stakeholders. If you love improving how information is presented, have a strong eye for detail, and enjoy working at the heart of a fast-moving function, this role could be a great fit., * Confidence working with data, using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word (experience with Qlik and/or Power BI is desirable but not essential)

  • Experience analysing and interpreting data to provide reports and insight to senior stakeholders to drive informed decision making.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a clear eye for detail and quality.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines.
  • Well-organised, curious and keen to understand context so you can focus on what matters most.

  • Salary circa £50,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
