SAP ABAP Developer - Embedded Analytics & CDS (S/4HANA)

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Developer with strong expertise in SAP Embedded Analytics, ABAP CDS development, and SAP Fiori within an S/4HANA environment. This role focuses on delivering high-quality analytical solutions, enabling real-time insights, and building scalable data models using modern SAP technologies., * Design and develop ABAP CDS Views to support embedded analytics and operational reporting.

• Build analytical data models using CDS views, annotations, and associations in S/4HANA.
• Develop and optimise CDS artefacts for performance, scalability, and reusability.
• Deliver SAP Embedded Analytics solutions including KPIs, analytical queries, and dashboards.
• Integrate CDS views with SAP Fiori applications to enable intuitive, real-time reporting.
• Develop and enhance OData services for Fiori/UI5 consumption.
• Work closely with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimise performance using HANA-native techniques and code pushdown strategies.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across analytical models.
• Produce clear technical documentation and support knowledge sharing.

Do you have experience in SAP S/4HANA?, * Strong SAP ABAP development experience in S/4HANA environments.

• Expert knowledge of ABAP CDS Views (annotations, associations, parameters, analytical queries).
• Hands-on experience delivering SAP Embedded Analytics solutions.
• Proven experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 integration.
• Experience developing and consuming OData services.
• Strong understanding of SAP HANA architecture and performance optimisation.
• Experience with Fiori analytical apps and KPI frameworks.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with S/4HANA implementations or transformation programmes.
• Knowledge of RESTful ABAP Programming Model (RAP).
• Integration experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, or Logistics business processes.
• SAP certification in ABAP or S/4HANA.
