Job description
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support to end users
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals)
- Troubleshoot software and operating system issues, particularly Microsoft Windows
- Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory
- Log and manage tickets using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
- Utilise diagnostic tools to identify and resolve technical faults
- Configure, deploy, and support end-user devices
- Deliver excellent customer service in both onsite and remote support settings
Requirements
- Proven experience working as an IT Support Technician
- Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
- Experience supporting Windows environments
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Experience using diagnostic and remote support tools
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
