Job description

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support to end users
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware issues (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals)
  • Troubleshoot software and operating system issues, particularly Microsoft Windows
  • Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory
  • Log and manage tickets using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
  • Utilise diagnostic tools to identify and resolve technical faults
  • Configure, deploy, and support end-user devices
  • Deliver excellent customer service in both onsite and remote support settings

Requirements

  • Proven experience working as an IT Support Technician
  • Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
  • Experience supporting Windows environments
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
  • Experience using diagnostic and remote support tools
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
