Job description
To provide administration support to the survey/design and solar installation teams. To help achieve successful delivery of allocated retrofit projects and installation work. You will work as part of the operations team covering a wide variety of administration tasks., * Working closely with the design team and retrofit co-ordinators to ensure projects are kept up to date.
- Responsibility for keeping the client tracking data up to date with the latest surveys and designs.
- Attending weekly project calls to provide admin support to both the design and co-ordinator teams.
- Taking responsibility for a degree of project management alongside the design and coordination team.
- Providing admin support to the Solar install team.
- Booking survey appointments either via text or phone.
- Creating appointments in the surveyors' calendars using shared calendars in Outlook.
- Liaising with surveyors to ensure appointments are accepted.
- Answering incoming telephone calls.
- Downloading survey reports to the relevant projects.
- Updating project status spreadsheets each day to ensure information is up to date.
- Supporting the design team with general admin tasks as required.
- Collating evidence from installers.
- Creating projects in a construction based retrofit system and updating the project as it progresses.
- Helping to produce weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Work with the operations team to improve process and efficiency.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Microsoft Outlook?, * You must have good Microsoft Office skills especially Microsoft Excel.
- You will ideally have at least 3 years Microsoft Office experience.
- You must possess a good level of attention to detail.
- You will work well under pressure and be able to manage competing demands on your time - whilst maintaining a sense of humour
- You must be able to work well as part of a team and willing to help and support each other.
- We are a small business and require someone with a can do attitude who is willing to help out across the business as and when required.
- Some knowledge of the construction industry would be advantageous but not essential.
- Most importantly we are looking for a team player with a positive attitude and a sense of humour.
