Job description
To be the Project Assistant for Connect Us providing the following main tasks:
- Project administration and CRM co-ordination
- 'Single point of contact' (SPOC) coordination and community member triage.
- 'Spark Fund' support.
- Social media functions and administration.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- To provide high level administration to the Connect Us team.
- To triage and respond to all single point of contact (SPOC) queries.
- To distribute referrals to the relevant Connect Us team members in the appropriate areas/wards.
- To develop a full understanding of INW services, partners and other services relevant to our community.
- To triage community members of their eligibility of prior to sign up.
- To devise and maintain an active social media presence across platforms for Connect Us.
- To produce team rotas including drop ins and any out of hours working.
- To co-ordinate and support the Connect Us team with queries relating to the CRM.
- To produce newsletters, timetables and leaflet templates of a high standard appropriate for commercial print using Microsoft Publisher and other programmes.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Spark?, Do you have a GCSE?, * At least 3 years of working in a busy office environment
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and project delivery
- Previous experience in working as an administration assistant
- Good standard of education (minimum of 5 GCSE levels or equivalent)
Knowledge and Skills
- Good IT skills and confident in the use of Microsoft software (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Ability to communicate effectively on the telephone and in person
- Able to work in an office environment that often demands high levels of concentration, with frequent interruptions
- Able to work with confidential information
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- Experience of managing own workload
- Experience of using social media platforms and marketing software such as Canva.
