Job description
As part of our Digital Excellence organization, the SAP Integration Manager leads the strategic design, governance, and delivery of SAP and non-SAP integration solutions to enable seamless, automated, and data-driven business processes across the global organization. You will ensure integration solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture and digital transformation goals, acting as a trusted partner to business and IT stakeholders while translating strategic objectives into robust, scalable, and reusable integration capabilities. Responsibilities
- Partner with business process owners to translate needs into end-to-end integration designs.
- Own and manage global SAP integration demand intake, prioritizing initiatives by value and strategic alignment.
- Lead design and delivery of integration solutions for SAP projects and enhancements.
- Oversee internal and external delivery teams ensuring adherence to CoC and architecture standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for SAP integration automation, monitoring, and optimization.
- Act as a central communication point for SAP integration topics across business, IT, and vendors.
Requirements
Do you have a Master's degree?, The SAP Integration Manager operates in a highly visible role with enterprise-wide impact, shaping how systems and processes are integrated across the organization. Next to that, the role holder works in a collaborative international environment where integration excellence is critical to automation, data consistency, and business continuity. To succeed in this role, you must bring:
- Master's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in SAP integration, middleware, or enterprise architecture roles.
- At least 3 years of experience in a governance or Center of Competence environment.
- Deep knowledge of SAP Integration Suite / CPI, SAP PI/PO, SAP BTP, and API management.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, including engagement at senior levels.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and integration-driven business value.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
