• Lead and manage end-to-end data migration projects involving CRM and ERP systems, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager to lead large-scale data migration initiatives, including CRM data migrations and the implementation of Master Data Management solutions, with a deep understanding of the Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex data migration projects, strong expertise in ETL development, demonstrated team leadership capabilities, and excellent client stakeholder management skills., * Proven track record of leading complex data migration projects on the system integrator side, with a strong preference for experience in CRM and ERP environments.

• Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing and guiding small to medium-sized teams effectively (onshore / offshore).
• Excellent client coordination abilities, underpinned by a customer-focused mindset and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of data migration challenges and best practices to successfully navigate and resolve them.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across diverse teams and clients.
• Solid technical background supporting high-quality ETL development and implementation.
• Fluency in written and spoken Dutch or French, alongside English, is essential.
• Deep industry expertise within the Life Sciences sector.
