Tasks
- Deploy and manage Windows systems and collaborative services.
- Automate processes to enhance system deployment and maintenance.
- Oversee servers, storage systems, and virtualized platforms., Design, deploy and maintain homogeneous and secure Microsoft environments (directory, messaging, collaborative services, Windows systems).
Develop and evolve automations for deployment, operation and maintenance of systems.
Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions to optimize processes and reduce manual interventions.
Administer and supervise servers, clusters, storage systems and virtualized platforms.
Manage the complete lifecycle of Microsoft services: patching, upgrades, migrations and decommissioning.
Monitor infrastructures and intervene on critical incidents.
Provide level 3 technical support on Microsoft components and associated infrastructures.
Participate in on-call duties.
Ensure DevOps best practices.
Requirements
- Degree in IT or related field with critical multi-site experience.
- Advanced knowledge of server systems and collaboration services.
- Proficiency in virtualization solutions and advanced monitoring., Degree in computer science or equivalent, with experience in critical and multi-site environments.
Advanced expertise in server systems and directory/collaboration services, with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Hashicorp, Ansible, etc.).
Mastery of virtualization solutions and datacenter infrastructures (VMware, high availability clusters).
Skills in advanced supervision and monitoring, as well as environment optimization for reliability and performance.
Knowledge of hybrid environments, business continuity, backups and restoration, as well as network and security architectures.
Ability to analyze, prioritize and solve complex problems, with rigor and a collaborative spirit.
Good technical level in English, excellent level in French.
