Job description
As our Website Manager, you will own and shape Assessio's digital presence as a strategic growth engine. Our website is more than a platform - it's a core commercial asset. You'll ensure it drives brand impact, qualified pipeline, and measurable business results.
You'll take end-to-end ownership of our web ecosystem: from infrastructure and headless CMS architecture to UX, SEO, automation, and conversion optimization. Working closely with marketing, product, and commercial teams, you translate business strategy into seamless digital experiences that convert.
This is a high-impact role for someone who combines technical expertise with commercial insight and creative thinking, so not just a 'website maintenance' role.
What you'll do
You combine strong project management skills, technical depth, commercial understanding, and data-driven thinking. You're as comfortable discussing infrastructure and SEO architecture as you are optimizing conversion flows and user journeys.
- Lead and project manage the full migration from WordPress to a headless CMS, defining roadmap, scope, timeline, stakeholder alignment, and ensuring seamless data transfer with minimal downtime
- Own website performance, security, hosting, and infrastructure
- Develop and execute a technical SEO strategy that drives qualified organic growth
- Optimize user journeys across the full customer lifecycle to increase engagement and conversion
- Collaborate with content, product marketing, and performance marketing to continuously improve web impact
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks and performance dashboards to enable data-driven decisions
- Own website analytics and reporting (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEO tools)
- Manage HubSpot integrations, including forms, landing pages, CTAs, and automated workflows
- Ensure best-in-class speed, mobile optimization, accessibility, and GDPR compliance
- Stay ahead of SaaS, SEO, and marketing automation trends to keep Assessio future-proof
