Programme Manager - Data Transformation

I am looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead the clients data and reporting transformation as they evolve into a fully data led decision making organisation. This is a strategic, multi workstream role, playing a key part in the broader transformation, and building on recent Snowflake and Salesforce implementations.

• Organisation wide programme to advance data maturity, governance, literacy, and adoption.
• Cross functional workstreams covering data, reporting, change, and communications.
• Delivery of all data & reporting requirements.
• Development of an integrated plan, roadmap, resource model, and programme governance.
• Regular progress updates to senior leadership and the UK Executive team., This is a fantastic opportunity for a Programme Manager to lead and influence a significant programme of work.

• Proven Programme Manager experience in data, reporting, analytics, and digital transformation.
• Strong background managing complex, multi stream programmes.
• Experience with ERP/CRM transformations.
• Exceptional communication skills and confidence operating at Exec level.
• Collaborative, engaging, and able to bring clarity and structure at pace.
