Job description

DataCentreUK is a sister Company of LIMA, and provide specialist data centre design, installation and support services across the UK and beyond. We deliver secure, scalable and sustainable solutions, from consultancy and deployment to ongoing support, helping organisations achieve greater resilience, efficiency and long-term success. We're looking for a highly organised, proactive and confident coordinator to join their team! This role is offered on a hybrid basis, working predominantly from home, but with the requirement travel to in-person meetings. Our ideal candidate would be based in the Manchester, Stoke-on-Trent, Derbyshire, and Nottingham areas for convenience. Your Role As a Business Support Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of the business, providing operational, administrative, and project support. You'll streamline processes, manage critical tasks, and act as a trusted point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. Working closely with customers, sales, and service teams, you'll ensure smooth operations, support growth, and deliver an exceptional customer experience., * Manage administrative tasks: meetings, calendars, and team communications

  • Assist with project management: track milestones, update plans, liaise with stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate client and business records.
  • Organise and manage service schedules to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate between clients, service teams, and management, resolving. scheduling conflicts and tracking progress.
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Support procurement processes: raise and track orders and deliveries
  • Prepare manual sales reports to provide actionable insights.
  • Offer flexible support across the team as business needs evolve.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Procurement?, * Experience in business support, administration, or procurement

  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to resolving issues
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and business/procurement tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
