Job description
This role provides specialist support for the NEC Housing Management System, ensuring it operates effectively and meets the needs of housing service users. The postholder manages system configuration, upgrades, testing, reporting, data integrity, and user support, while liaising with ICT teams and external suppliers to resolve issues and improve functionality.
The role contributes to continuous service improvement, supports business change initiatives, and promotes best practice in data management and system use across the council. It also assists with system training, documentation, performance monitoring, and compliance with audit and governance requirements, helping to maximise the value and efficiency of housing technology services.
