Data Services Analyst

• To provide support to the Head of Data Services to meet business requirements.
• To assist in the support and development of internal systems to maintain data integrity.
• Design and development of functional Solutions to meet business needs.
• Overseeing development and implementation of programs.
• Optimisation of data technologies.
• Process automation.
• Develop Reporting using Visual Studio
• Support the department ticketing system.
• Maintain departmental processes
• Maintain System configuration and enhance offerings.
• Optimisation of AI for OCR
• Improvement of business processes through continuous improvement
• Implement emerging technologies into the business process
• Work with stakeholders to implement technical solutions to problems
• General problem solving

Do you have experience in Visual Studio?, * At least 1 years' experience in a similar role

• Highly skilled problem solver and lateral thinker.
• Hands on experience with software development and system administration.
• Capable of troubleshooting common issues.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate and document technical solutions.
• Ability to navigate systems and understand functionality.
