We are currently reviewing our Emergency User Processes for all SAP systems.It is required by Internal Audit 50Hertz aligned with OneSAP+ cluster to reduce the usage of Emergency Users to a minimum of exceptional support cases only. To enable the cleanup and avoid business continuity interruptions, the analysis of EMG-use-cases and the shift to common-dialog users is a mandatory prerequisite.

As an SAP Platform Expert you need to take care of the following tasks:

• Do the AS-IS analysis of the circumstances, why an EMG-user is used
• Identify topics, where an EMG user is needed and where a process should be executed via common dialog-users
• Do the gap-analysis of missing authorization to enable execution via common dialog-users
• Support the development of our own Emergency User Procedure
• Target 1: reduce usage of EMG-users to a minimum
• Target 2: no EMG user with SAP_ALL & SAP_NEW anymore, if possible

Do you have experience in SAP S/4HANA?, * In-depth technical understanding of legacy Emergency User Procedure

• In-depth technical understanding of task/ function-based authorization concepts
• In-depth technical understanding of SAP user statistic-analysis
• Confident handling of ABAP authorization concepts in S/4 Hana, B/4 Hana, SRM and CRM ABAP systems
• Good technical documentation skills
• Good communication skills
• Experience in working with the ticket tool Jira
• Team player
